A brand-new Tapematic UV Coating system has been installed at a plant of new customer in Korea.

This solution implements the same UV Coating modules of the PST Line II which allows the usage of 1/3rd of the UV varnish normally needed for a traditional spray coating line. This equipment needs a floor space below 50 sqm, only 20 KW electrical consumption, VOC emissions drastically reduced as uses far less UV varnish, and generates output in the region of 8.000 pcs per hour.
