PST Line I - Design objectives
The PST Line I was created to meet the needs of manufacturers and the standards of environmental agencies. Objectives included:
- An in-line process that eliminates all intermediate manual steps
- Reduce the possibility of contamination during the entire process
- Using technology to provide a more eco-friendly and cost effective alternative
- Modular system to allow the highest level of customisation
- Ensure better control of the entire process
- Supply the cosmetic plastics producer with the opportunity to bring decoration technology in-house
- Enable decoration service providers to be more flexible and provide reduced time to market
The PST Line I can process parts measuring 56 mm by 90mm. It is completely automated and the parts are not touched from beginning to end.

PST Line I - Performance
Up to 4800 pieces can be processed per hour. Parts travel on trays on a conveyor between the different modules.

Optional modules
In addition to the three core modules, PST Line I can be customised with different modules in different sequences to suit any spray requirements. These can be added even after installation. Auto loading module: Completely automated robot handling without human intervention

Inspection camera system: RFID reject identification and 3D vision quality check
IDM In-line Decoration Module: Designs included without any extra cost or waste materials
Primer module: An additional coating module to apply a primer before the UV base coating
