Performance and Quality of Results

Is it possible to run tests on your own components before making a decision?

Yes, testing on real components is an integral part of the evaluation process. Customers can run trials using their own parts to directly assess coating and metallization results under realistic production conditions, rather than relying on samples or simulations.
Tests are carried out at the demo and prototyping center in Ornago, where complete coating and metallization lines are available. During these sessions, components are processed using adjustable parameters that reflect the final industrial setup, allowing an accurate evaluation of surface quality, uniformity, and visual impact.
Tapematic technicians support the testing phase by fine-tuning process variables such as coating thickness, curing conditions, rotation, and deposition settings. This collaborative approach helps define the optimal recipe for both aesthetic and functional requirements before any investment decision is made.
Running tests in advance reduces technical uncertainty and allows customers to make informed choices based on measurable results and real finished parts, rather than theoretical performance assumptions.
