Production, Volumes and Flexibility

What hourly and daily output can be realistically expected on parts similar to yours?<br>

The achievable output depends on several factors, including part size, geometry, surface complexity, and line configuration. When processing components comparable to typical cosmetic closures or premium caps, high-throughput lines are able to sustain production volumes suitable for industrial-scale operations without compromising surface quality.
For example, a properly configured PST Line II can process up to 7,800 parts per hour under standard operating conditions. This figure may vary depending on the specific layout of the line, the number of process steps involved, and the characteristics of the component being treated.
For even higher productivity requirements, the new S8+4 inline dual sputtering module offers a production capacity exceeding 10,000 parts per hour. In addition, throughput can be further increased by integrating multiple modules or running parallel lines, allowing production to scale in line with demand while maintaining consistent coating and metallization quality.
By combining modular system design with flexible line layouts, production output can be tailored to match both current needs and future growth scenarios.
