1974 First boxing machine for audio cassettes
1980 First fully automatic audio loader, a revolutionary design that will become the benchmark for the industry within a few years.
1985 Tapematic becomes the official supplier of BASF for all types of magnetic tape loaders.
1987 Lounches the first fully-automatic VHS loaders with an integrated loading and offloading system.
1991 Tapematic lounches the first static audio master.
1992 First audio loading system that's genuinely "operator free"
1993 Preliminary research and development in an innovative sputtering system equipped with magnetron cathodes and load-lock chamber to metallise optical discs in few seconds.
1994 Tapematic becomes worldwide market leader in VHS tape loader, supplying equipment to all the major cassette manufacturers worldwide.
1995 Tapematic enters the optical disc market, presenting the first Compact Disc manufacturing equipment directly interfaced with the Injection Moulding Machine, equipped with Sputtering, UV coating, UV curing, Quality inspection and decoration station.
1996 Tapematic presents the first CD packaging equipment capable of loading the CD, the sleeve and the booklet directly into the CD jewel box at a record speed of 30 piece per minutes.
1997 Tapematic launches the second generation of CD and DVD manufacturing equipment named 8010 and 8012. Always directly interfaced with the Injection Moulding Machine, they were capable of an output above 1000 CDs or DVDs per hour.
2000 Tapematic launches the third generation of CD and DVD manufacturing equipments. The 8010S and 8012S were capable of an ouput above 1200 CDs or DVDs per hour.
2001 At the beginning of the new century Tapematic praises more than 500 optical discs equipment installed worldwide.
2002 Preliminary research and development in an innovative Digital Printing Equipment based on Ink-Jet technology and UV curable inks for optical media.
2005 Tapematic presents the 2Print worldwide at Fespa exhibition: The first Optical media UV Digital Printer.
2007 After few years from the lounch Tapematic praises more than 200 2Print UV digital printers installed worldwide.
2008 Tapematic launches the CPrint. The first UV Digital Printer dedicated to decorate cylindrical objects, such as caps, closures, pharmaceutical and cosmetic tubes and more.
2009 Preliminary research and development in an innovative fully automatic three dimensional sputtering and UV coating system.
2010 Tapematic launches the PST Line. A groundbreaking in-Line 3D Sputtering Coating System capable of automatic handle the process of metallization. It is initially dedicated to the closures markets.
2012 Tapematic updates the PST Line for the cosmetic packaging industry. It is now able to process larger items and to double up the output to reach 4500 pieces per hour.
2013 Tapematic launches the DST Line. The first equipment that combines three process: UV digital printing, sputtering deposition and UV coating.
2015 Tapematic introduces the IDM: In-Line decoration Module. A Worldwide premier. A module that can be included in The PST Line capable of unique and no-cost decoration.
2016 Preliminary research and development of the second generation of PST Line: the PST Line II.
