First 2Print mini in Israeljune 2010

Tapematic announces the signature of a 2PRINTmini 6 sales contract, with a leading Israeli duplicator: Magnetics ltd. The company is represented by the CEO and Founder Mr. Mike Stern, who personally followed the project to invest into digital printing from the beginning. Here are Mike’s comments:

“Visited the Tapematic plant near Milan. Took some graphics with me, and they printed them on the spot. The quality of the 2Print mini 6 is extremely good. As good as Rimage Everest III ( although different) , and better than any offset or silkscreen I have seen. Skin tones were excellent. I think the 6 heads makes a big difference.

The majority of our jobs are under 500. Our customers have became used to small runs, photo quality graphics, and delivery of most orders within 24 hours. The 2Print mini 6 solves all problems. With the 2Print mini 6 we can also print USB keys, USB Cards, CD/DVD Cards, and credit cards, at extremely high quality. We might be able to make up an additional tray for one or two other types of USBs.

If you want to offer a reliable and efficient service to your customer, you can’t import preprinted USB Cards from the Far East. Misunderstandings, communication problems, production delays, full cargo planes, Chinese New Year vacations - all slow the delivery. The same applies to outsourcing disk silk-screen printing to Replicators, even in Israel. The disks are printed incorrectly, the colors do not match, the Replicator will not make up a sample disk , the driver forgot to load the carton of disks - the whole process takes three to four days.

It is a must for us at Magnetics to maintain the delivery schedule we promise our customers. With the 2Print Mini6 we will at last have full control over the production process.
